Millers Consultancy are delighted to have partnered with Town & Country Housing and Legal & General Modular Homes to secure a site in Broadstairs, Kent that will be developed into 153 affordable houses. Working with RP Town & Country Housing, the scheme will deliver a range of two, three and four bed houses for shared ownership and social rent. All of the homes have been designed to achieve an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ‘A’ rating, which is a standard only achieved by around 1% of new and existing dwellings in England and Wales.
As well as providing much needed high-quality affordable homes, the scheme will also include the creation of a woodland walk and include the planting of 8,500 trees.
