Millers Consultancy’s land team are delighted to have appointed Taylor Wimpey to be the landowner’s preferred partner on the land at Green Lane West. The team have subsequently appointed Clarion Group as affordable housing partners to Taylor Wimpey for the 68no. section 106 affordable dwellings. Work now continues closely with all stakeholders including Broadland District Council to obtain the necessary planning permissions for delivery implementation.
