Brothers Nathan and Brian Jones laid the foundation for Milcon Construction & Property Services Ltd when they went into business together as General Building Contractors in 2000. After a successful The brothers at first focused on their local market in the Railway town of Crewe, Cheshire. Over the following years, however, the Company gained a reputation for quality work, and gradually expanded their range of operations throughout the Northwest region.

At first, the Brothers focused on domestic work, becoming one of the town’s most prominent and well-respected businesses. Milcon’s extension into full-scale construction began in early 2002, with the construction of a large housing site at Rookery Park, Nantwich. The company soon began competing for large-scale public housing and public works projects, winning a large number of projects over the last few years. Our Clients have included Stoke City Council, Crewe & Nantwich Borough Council, Staffordshire Moorlands Borough Council, Stockport MBC, Wulvern Housing, Muir Housing, Anchor Staying Put, HM Prison Service, Thomas Cook and Cheshire & Wirral NHS Trust to name a few!

Milcon has recruited and trained a local workforce and in 2004 successfully achieved the 'Investor in People Award'. We continue to assist employees in gaining NVQ's in their relevant trades and developing their skills.

Pro-active health & safety within our business is essential! Milcon Construction has successfully achieved accreditation with Safecontractor and CHAS and continue to be audited on an annual basis. Our health and safety is managed internally by our own trained and qualifed team.  Our employees have a range of qualifications including NVQ4 in Occupational Health & Safety, NEBOSH, SMSTS and SSSTS certificates and all of our site operatives hold CSCS cards.
